SHIPPING

Processing Time: Processing times may vary. See individual items for processing times.
Estimated Shipping: Domestic shipments (Orders shipping to the US) arrive 5-9 business days after ordering. International shipments can take 12-30 days to arrive after ordering depending on its final destination.
Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Please contact us before returning your order. Return shipping is the customers responsibility.  Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized items.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made before items are shipped. Some items may ship quickly depending on current business traffic. Contact us as soon as possible to ensure your order is canceled. 
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges withing 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to exchange an item. Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
Condition of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
